Can I cancel my Volotea flight?

Can I cancel my Volotea flight and get a refund?
If something comes up, or you simply want to change your journey... no problem! The Flex plan is the insurance that allows you to make mistakes.
With the Flex plan, you can make unlimited changes to your booking, up to 4 hours before the flight departs.
It allows you to recover the cost (in Volotea credit) if you cancel your trip.
If you want to sign up for the Flex plan, you must do so at the time you make the booking, not afterwards.
But what if you didn’t purchase the Flex plan?
Volotea tickets are non-refundable. Volotea only allows refunds in cases of force majeure or for cancellations made by the company. However, you can change the name of the passenger, and also the date, time and flight destination, so that you won't lose your money.
Can I change my Volotea booking?
If things haven't gone to plan and you need to make changes to your booking, we'll tell you how.
From the time the purchase is made, you can modify the dates, point of departure and/or destination to your booking, or add additional services.
If you have already completed your outbound journey, and you want to modify your return journey, please remember that you can only change the date, not the route.
You can make changes to your booking up to 7 days before the departure of the flight.
With the Flex plan, you can make unlimited changes to the date and itinerary up to 4 hours before the flight departs, at no additional cost. You will just have to pay the change in tariff, if there is one.
You will have to pay the following change fees (in addition to the difference in Euros between the price of the original ticket and the new price at the time of the change):

Can I change the name on my Volotea booking?
Are you unable to travel and want to transfer your ticket to another person? Don’t worry, you can change the name on your booking.
You can change the name of one or more passengers up to four hours before the flight, as long as you haven’t checked in.
If you want to change the name and you have already checked in, contact the Volotea Customer Service Team.
Once one of the journeys from your booking has been made, you can only change passenger names through Volotea’s Customer Service Center.
Remember that once these changes have been made, you will need to download and print your boarding passes again.
