Can I cancel my Mango Airlines flight?

Can I cancel my Mango Airlines flight and get a refund?

Unfortunately, Mango Airlines flights are completely non-refundable. After confirmation of a booking, no refund or credit voucher will be granted for any cancellations or unused tickets under any circumstances, except in the event of death or hospitalisation and subject to the provisions of the relevant substantiating documentation. Even though Mango Airline’s flights are non-refundable, you can still change the name on your flight and sell it to someone else! That way you will still get your refund, just not from the airline. 

Can I change my Mango Airlines booking?

Yes! Mango Airlines allow date, time and destination changes.  Please be aware that each booking amendment will incur an administration fee. This fee is in addition to applicable fare changes. If the original fare is sold out the next highest fare will be charged, and the difference in fare will be added to the total cost. Mango Plus and Mango Flex members do not incur any administration fees for changes to date or flight details.

Changes made via the Mango website or the mobi-app:

• R290 per date, route or time change- equivalent to approximately £17

Changes made via the call centre or the Guest Service counter at the airport:

• R390 per date, route or time change- equivalent to approximately £23

Can I change the name on my Mango Airlines booking?

Yes, but for a fee. This fee is in addition to applicable fare changes. Mango Plus and Mango Flex members will not incur any administration fees for changes to their name.

• R270 per name change- equivalent to approximately £16

Changes made via the call centre or the Guest Service counter at the airport:

• R350 per name change- equivalent to approximately £20
