Can I change my Scandinavian Airlines booking?
Yes, you can change the time and date of your trip (but not the route) on most trips booked for a fee starting from USD 71 per person and flight within Europe. If the new fare costs more than the original fare, you’ll also need to pay the difference between the fares. You can even change your ticket after you've checked in. You just have to remove the check-in before changing your ticket. Trips booked on the SAS website can be changed online.
Can I change the name on my Scandinavian Airlines booking?
Yes, you can change the name on your Scandinavian Airlines ticket, which costs 71 USD per ticket, within Europe. You can change the name online through your online account. Alternatively, you may contact SAS at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time with a request to transfer the ticket to someone else. You have to change the name for the whole booking. If you have a return flight, this means that you have to change the name for both the outbound and inbound flights. The name change fee and rules apply even if you are making changes to your own name because SAS still have to issue a new ticket. You can change the name on your ticket, or transfer your ticket to another traveler, up until one hour before departure. For bookings to Asia and US, please contact SAS Customer Service.
