Can I cancel my Nok Air flight?

Can I change my Nok Air booking?

Yes! You can change the date and time of your Nok Air flight for a fee. Please consider the following:

• The flight change must be made at least 24 hours prior to the original departure time for Nok Lite and Nok X-tra passengers

• Nok Max passengers can change their flights at least 3 hours before the original departure date

• Destination and route change are not possible

• Passenger must be pay service fee charge of THB 225/ USD 27 per passenger for domestic flights and THB 1,210.00/ USD 42 for international flights. 

• Passenger making such change will be subject to a change fee plus the difference of the fare between the moment of booking and the moment of change (if any).

• Passengers with Nok MAX tickets have an unlimited amount of changes and are  exempt from flight change fees

Can I change the name on my Nok Air booking?

Yes, you can! Nok Air allows name changes for all fare classes, for a fee. This means that you can sell your Nok Air flight to someone else and recover the money you paid for non-refundable flight! Here are some things to keep in mind:

• If you have a roundtrip ticket, the name change will apply to both legs of the journey

  • If you have used one of the tickets, name changes will not be possible

• The name change must be made at least 4 hours prior to the departure time

• Passenger must pay a service fee charge of THB 225/ USD 27 per passenger for domestic and THB 1,210.00/ USD 42 for international flights
