Can I cancel my Condor flight and get a refund?

Yes! Depending on your chosen fare, you may be able to cancel your flight and get a refund for a fee. This may also depend on the airline’s zones specifications.

Flex rate - you will be refunded less an administration fee, which varies depending on which zone you are flying in. 

• Zone 1: €50 per person and route

• Zone 2: €75 per person and route

• Zone 3-5: €100 per person and route

Can I change my Condor flight?

If you cannot cancel your Condor flight you might be able to change the date, time or destination of the flight for a fee and essentially you rebook a new flight.

• All zones: No changes can be made

• Zones 1-2: €50 per person and flight

  • Changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure

  • Restricted to same flight zone

  • In addition to the rebooking fee you have to pay the fare difference

Can I change the name on my Condor booking?

Yes! If you’re travelling with Condor, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. This means that you are able to get a refund for your flight by selling it to another person.
