eVouchers can be used as payment or part payment for British Airways flight only bookings on ba.com, where you do not part pay with Avios, or for British Airways Holidays bookings made via our contact centre. If you only use part of an eVoucher, we’ll issue the remaining credit in the same currency as your new booking as a new eVoucher to the recipient as selected on the payment page. Up to four eVouchers of the same currency can be used per flight booking. You will be unable to spend an eVoucher on group bookings, other products (such as seats), or British Airways Holidays bookings made online. You will be unable to combine an eVoucher you applied for with any eVoucher issued by our Customer Relations team. An eVoucher is valid until the expiry date shown and cannot be renewed or exchanged for cash. All flights booked using an eVoucher must be fully completed by 30 September 2025 (departure and return).
