Can you cancel your Air Arabia flight?

Yes! Depending on your fare you may be entitled to a full refund from Air Arabia.

  • Promo Fare

    • You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time.

  • Flexi or Extra Fare

    • Able to do the cancellation up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time and without a cancellation charge.

*Cancellations are not applicable for flights from/to Morocco. Some reservations are not eligible for cancellations such as promotional tickets, free gifted tickets, etc.

  • You can cancel your reservation online or by contacting Air Arabia call centre, or by visiting their sales offices and partner travel agents.

  • Your reservation number will be required for this process and a cancellation fee will be applied.

Can you get a refund on Air Arabia flights?

Air Arabia does not have a refund policy (except for flight to/from Cairo). Upon cancellation, Air Arabia will retain the remaining amount as a credit towards a future flight which can be used for travel within one year from the date of payment by the same passenger only.



 

Can you change your Air Arabia flight?

Yes! Customers are often looking to modify their travel date, travel time or even travel destination. Luckily, Air Arabia allows for such changes to be made without a hassle. The allowed changes are dependent on the purchased fare type. Some reservations are not eligible for modifications such as promotional tickets, free gifted tickets, etc. A modification fee will be applied plus any fare difference that may occur.

  • Promo Fare

    • Modifications can be done up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time (72 hours for flights from/to Morocco).

  • Flexi or Extra Fare

    • Able to do modification without the modification charge up to 4 hours for flights from/to the U.A.E and Jordan, and up to 8 hours for flights from/to Morocco and Egypt.

Can you transfer your Air Arabia flight to another person?

Yes! You can always apply for a FREE name change if the reservation is still on hold and has not been paid for. However, once the reservation is paid, to change the name of the passenger, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of the current booking, a name change fee of AED 200.00, as well as any fare difference if applicable. Please note that you are required to complete this process at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of departure.

*The name change facility is not applicable for Air Arabia Maroc, Air Arabia Egypt, and Air Arabia Jordan.
