These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the law effective in the Republic of Latvia (Latvian law), thus all disputes arising with respect to the airBaltic gift card or Terms and Conditions shall be solved by applying Latvian law. If parties are not able to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute, the claim must be brought to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
