Important information regarding credit vouchers:
• You are able to use the voucher to pay for tickets for scheduled EL AL flights and to purchase accompanying flight products - upgrades, payment for baggage or for pre-seat selection.
• The voucher is valid for reservations made until December 31, 2025 for flights departing until November 30, 2026.
• The voucher is used as a credit card with 15 numbers and has a validity.
• This voucher cannot be converted to cash.
You are able to use the voucher in the following way
• EL AL website - when you complete the reservation process and when you are at the payment page, enter the voucher number in the voucher card field or at the credit card field along with the validity. If you use the credit card field for the voucher you must leave the CVV, identity number and number of payment fields all blank.
• EL AL Customer Service Center - at the outset of the telephone call with the representative, please indicate that payment will be made with the credit voucher.
• Travel Agent from whom you purchased the ticket - please indicate that payment will be made with the credit voucher.
