You are able to use the voucher in the following ways:
• EL AL website - when you complete the reservation process and when you are at the payment page, enter the voucher number in the voucher card field or at the credit card field along with the validity. If you use the credit card field for the voucher you must leave the CVV, identity number and number of payment fields all blank.
• EL AL Customer Service Center - at the outset of the telephone call with the representative, please indicate that payment will be made with the credit voucher.
