Taxes on VS Flying Club and Partner Airline rewards (only for VS operated or codeshare flights)
All bookings must be made via the Customer Centre or in a Virgin Atlantic Holidays store. They can’t be redeemed online or via Third Party Agencies.

Terms & Conditions:
Any travel or holiday purchased using this voucher must be completed within 18 months from the date advised on the voucher email and is subject to the same rules and restrictions of the ticket*, or terms and conditions of the Virgin Atlantic Holiday**. The voucher can be used by a nominee, but once booked, the reservation is non-transferable and refundable only for the amount paid (excluding the voucher value) if allowed by applicable fare rules or Virgin Atlantic Holiday terms. This voucher is not redeemable for cash. Partial redemptions of the voucher value is permitted.
