You can use this credit to book a flight, pay for a flight change, purchase seats, bags or upgrade an existing booking.
You will be able directly access the credit (login details and a link will be provided for you to the AirNZ site) to make your own booking.
A screenshot of the credit note, with the full terms and conditions, (including the transfer clause: "You can choose to purchase flights for yourself or someone else") can be emailed to you in advance of payment for peace of mind.
