Use restriction:
You can use it online when you book another flight with us, either on our website or mobile app. You can even use it to make changes to an existing booking by contacting our Customer Service
Additional information:
easyJet flight vouchers can be used on any new booking you make. Once you have requested an easyJet flight voucher online, this will then be emailed to the easyJet account holder that made the original booking.
Flight voucher requests are normally processed within 7 days. Flight vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, (unless advised otherwise by us) offering you plenty of time to book a flight with us.
1. Unless otherwise advised by us, flight vouchers are valid for 12 months, minus a day from the date of issue. For example, if a flight voucher is issued on 3 January, you can use it up to 23:59 on 2 January the following year. After the expiry date, the voucher will not be able to be used.
2. Vouchers cannot be redeemed towards a booking after the voucher expiry date. You don’t need to travel before the voucher expires but you do need to book by then.
3. Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the airport.
5. The voucher can be used when booking easyJet flights only on easyJet.com or the easyJet mobile app using the same easyJet account as the original booking , or calling the Customer Services team. The voucher code must be entered on the payment page prior to completion of the booking.
6. The new booking must be for easyJet flights only (including any seats and bags booked at the same time but excluding other ancillary products such as travel insurance and car hire ).
7. Only one voucher can be used per online booking. However, if you contact our Customer Services team, we’ll be happy to help you make a booking using multiple vouchers, but there will be a fee of £5 per person per flight.
8. The new booking must be made in the same currency as the voucher. You can change the currency to match the voucher during the booking process – please see our FAQs below for guidance.
9. If the new booking is greater than the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking by card. If the new booking is lower than the voucher value, the remaining value is stored and can be used on future bookings until the voucher expiry date.
10. If you’ve already booked a trip and would like to use the voucher to add bags or seats to the existing booking, please contact our Customer Services team who will be able to assist subject to availability.
