Our initial flight to Houston was cancelled and we can no longer make this flight. I believe I can transfer tickets and do a name change at no fee- however if I can sell these tickets and there is a fee (I won't know until I do the name change), we can mutually agree to cancel the purchase if there is a fee and either party (buyer or seller) wants to cancel the transaction.
