Additional information:
You can redeem your vouchers online when making a new booking on easyjet website or mobile app. Simply enter your voucher code when you reach the payment page.
Please note that if you make a new booking online, only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. If you’d like to use multiple vouchers or add seats, bags, or sports equipment to an existing booking, please contact us.
If your voucher was issued manually by our Customer Services Team, you will also need a password to use your voucher online. Please check your original voucher confirmation email from donotreply@easyjet.com for your voucher password.
