Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used for codeshare flights.
Ticketing transactions to be made with the Turkish Airlines Gift Card can only be made in the currency of the balance in the card.
Only one Gift Card can be used at a time when purchasing a ticket with a Turkish Airlines Gift Card.
If the balance of the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is more than the ticket amount, the remaining balance is kept in the same card. The remaining amount cannot be claimed as a refund in any way.
If the balance in the Turkish Airlines Gift Card is not sufficient for the entire payment transaction, the missing amount can be paid by debit or credit card.
The balance in the card cannot be used partially in the payment to be made with the Turkish Airlines Gift Card.
Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used for additional services other than Turkish Airlines tickets, Miles&Smiles award tickets and other product/service purchases.
Turkish Airlines Gift Card cannot be used at airport ticket offices or through travel agencies.
