1. This voucher is only valid for use by the above-mentioned passenger.
2. This voucher may also be transferred to any nominee(s) of the passenger's choice and the transfer must be completed prior to expiry of the redemption validity period of this voucher.
3. After the initial redemption, any remaining balance in the value is non-transferable.
4. Redemption of this voucher must be completed within 12 months of voucher issuance date. Selection of Travel dates is based on the display of the seat inventory range of 11 months ahead of redemption date. Example of Travel Voucher redemption:
1. Voucher issuance date : 31 Jan 2021
2. Redemption Period : 01 Feb 2021 to 31 Dec 2021
3. If Redemption date is : 31 Oct 2021
4. Travel Period Permitted from : 01 Nov 2021 to 31 Oct 2022 (11 months)
5. This voucher can only be used to purchase flights operated by Batik Air. Codeshare flights will be excluded.
6. This voucher cannot be exchanged for any form of Cash or Credit and is only redeemable for Air Fares, Taxes and Charges. Please note that Ancillaries are excluded (seats, baggage, insurance & meals).
7. If the value of the new ticket is higher than the value of this voucher, the difference shall be paid by the passenger.
8. Any remaining balance in the value of this voucher will be automatically transferred to a new voucher. Redemption of the new voucher must be within 6 months of the new voucher issuance date. Selection of Travel dates is based on the display of the seat inventory range of 11 months ahead of redemption date.
