By accepting this travel certificate you release United, the operating carrier, and their respective employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims or damages resulting or arising from the matters relating to your flight, compensation therefore or any related complaint. This release does not apply to the extent it is contrary to an applicable law outside of the United States.
REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS
1) Redeem online at united.com. Enter your flight information, travel dates and any other search criteria. Choose your flights and enter your contact information.
2) When you reach the Payment information page, select “United payment types”. Select year of issue, enter PIN code and recipient’s last name. To redeem the certificate, you must click "Apply". Certificate amount will be deducted, and then payment for any additional amount owed can be entered to complete your ticket purchase.
3) You may also call United Reservations 1-800-UNITED-1 (1-800-864-8331). A booking service fee may apply. Fees start at $25 and are subject to change without notice. Advise the agent that you will be redeeming an Electronic Travel Certificate and provide the Promotion Code, PIN and Value. Certificates may not be redeemed through a travel agency.
