Greetings from Batik Air (Formerly d.b.a Malindo Air).
Attached is the Travel Voucher for your refund submission request.
Passengers may redeem their Travel Vouchers via our website and complete the payments by adding the voucher numbers in the payment page.
Any balance Travel Vouchers will be reissued automatically with a 06 months redemption validity and will be sent to the registered email address of the new booking.
This voucher is only redeemable for Air Fares, Taxes and Charges. Please note that Ancillaries are excluded (seats, baggage, insurance & meals).
Kindly refer below for some of the additional features that have been added to offer additional flexibility for the use of the voucher.
1. Transfer Travel Vouchers to family and friends:
Vouchers are issued in the names of ticket holders. You may transfer any amount of the value of the vouchers to family and friends. Please drop us a note and we will send you the authorization form to be completed and submitted with the necessary details of the nominees with the relevant documentation for verification purposes. Voucher holders may also offer partial transfers of the voucher and may select any number of nominees whilst retaining the remaining balance for themselves. Batik Air will process your request and issue the new vouchers upon completion of the verification.
2. Split single voucher for use as required for multiple transactions.
3. Request Gift vouchers for family and friends for birthdays, anniversaries or other special events by redeeming the travel voucher.
Once the original voucher is redeemed, any balance in the value of the voucher must be redeemed within 06 months. However the period travel for the second redemption will also be up to 11 months ahead of the new redemption date.
