Additional information:
Any trip booked using your eVoucher must conclude – departure and return – by 30 September 2023. The eVoucher value includes the cost of any extras such as seating, baggage and meal purchases.
If you book a flight cheaper than the value of the eVoucher, British Airways will issue a new eVoucher covering the difference. You’ll see this new eVoucher value before you pay for a booking, where you’ll also be able to choose who receives it.
The new eVoucher recipient can be any passenger on the new booking and will be issued to their chosen email address.
If the flight is more expensive than the value of the eVoucher, you’ll need to pay any difference if the new fare is more expensive.
When you buy the eVoucher, I will provide you with the eVoucher number, as well as the surname and e-mail address registered to the eVoucher (my surname and my e-mail address). If you don't use the full value of the eVoucher, British Airways will send you a new eVoucher with the remainder of the value to your own e-mail address.
