Travelers who have been issued a flight credit due to a changed or cancelled itinerary will receive an email with the total value that has been issued to a Sun Country flight credit. Flight credits can be used to make a new booking on suncountry.com and expire one year after the original booking date. Here’s how to redeem a flight credit: Locate your 6-character flight credit code. This is the same as the reservation code of your original booking. You can find this at the top of your original booking confirmation email or at the top of the email that you received when your itinerary was changed or cancelled. Visit suncountry.com and proceed to book your new trip. On the Review and Pay page, click on “Use a Sun Country flight credit or voucher.” Enter the last name of any individual who was on the original booking itinerary and the 6-character flight credit code, followed by “Apply Credit.” If you have multiple flight credits, you may enter more than one. If a balance is due after applying your flight credit(s), enter your credit card details and select “Accept & Pay” to complete your new booking. The reservation code that is needed to use the voucher will be given at time of purchase.
