How to use e-Voucher
Go to airBaltic.com
Choose your itinerary and flight dates
Click "I have a promo code" button to open counters for entering codes.
Proceed with booking process.
The e-Voucher can be used to purchase airline tickets at airBaltic.com.
The Travel e-Voucher may be used several times until the entire balance is used up.
Terms and conditions
Travel e-coupon can be used to make flight reservations at airBaltic.com or to purchase as well as to purchase tickets and/or additional services (checked baggage, meals, seats, etc.) via our call center or airBaltic Ticket offices at the airport.
Several gift e-vouchers can be used at the same time.
If the total amount of the purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher(s), then the difference must be
with a credit card.
The e-coupon must be redeemed within the stated time frame.
If not redeemed, the value is lost. Term
validity period cannot be extended.
If it is stated on the certificate that it must be redeemed immediately, in case of partial redemption,
the balance remaining on it will be lost.
It can be used to book a flight for anyone, unless,
the gift voucher specifies that the recipient must be a passenger or one of the
passengers.
E-voucher cannot be used for corporate online bookings.
Any further reservations paid in full or in part with a gift voucher will be according to airBaltic standard fare rules within chosen booking class.
All disputes and situations will be handled in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
