Can I cancel my Frontier Airlines flight?

Can I cancel my Frontier Airlines flight and get a refund?

ALL tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours after the time of purchase, except for tickets purchased for travel within 7 days (168 hours).

• on your Manage My Booking page through logging into My Trip

• through Frontier Reservations at 801-401-9000

• If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your ticket, you may cancel your ticket at the My Flights section of your Manage My Booking or through Frontier Reservations at 801-401-9000

Did you purchase the Works℠?

The WORKS℠ includes refundability. Visit Flyfrontier.com and retain the value of your purchase for use within one year of the transaction date. To request a refund, simply submit an online refund request form.

If you need to cancel beyond 24 hours from purchase

• If it has been more than 24 hours since you purchased your ticket, or the booking was made within 7 days of travel, a $119 cancellation fee will apply

• If you need to cancel or change your flight 90+ days prior to departure, you will incur no costs to do so

• If you need to cancel or change your flight 89 to 14 days prior to departure, you will incur a reduced fee of $49 per passenger to do so

• Your ticket will retain its value for 90 days, and the value of your ticket may be applied toward the purchase of a future ticket

• To cancel your booking, log into My Trip or call Frontier Reservations at 801-401-9000.

Can I change my Frontier Airlines booking?

Yes! The change fees will depend on how many days remain prior to departure. 

If you would like to change your itinerary…

• log into My Trip to manage your booking

• Please note, If you change your flight 90+ days prior to departure, you will incur no costs to do so

• If you need to cancel or change your flight 89 to 14 days prior to departure, you will incur a reduced fee of $49 per passenger to do so

• If you need to cancel or change your flight less than 13 days prior to departure, you will incur the normal fee of $119 per passenger

Did you purchase the WORKS℠?

The WORKS℠ allows you to refund your ticket. Visit Flyfrontier.com and apply the value of your booking to your new ticket without any penalty, subject to any difference in fare and/or options prices.

Are you changing to a different flight on the same day?

Frontier Airlines offer a Same Day Confirmed alternate flight option for a flat fee of $119 (complimentary for FRONTIER Miles Elite members and for those who purchased the Works℠). To request this option, see a Frontier airport representative or call Frontier Reservations at 801-401-9000.

Note: Tickets must be changed prior to the departure of a flight in order to retain their value. Failure to show for any flight or cancel a ticket prior to any ticketed flight departure will forfeit the remaining value of the ticket.

Can I change the name on my Frontier Airlines booking?

Yes! If you’re travelling with Frontier Airlines, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. This means that you are able to get a refund for your flight by selling it to another person.

If you need to change the name on your ticket prior to travel but plan to keep the same itinerary, you may do so by paying the following:

• Any difference between the fare already paid and the current fare selling for the same itinerary and

• $75 fee.
