Saver, Smart or Plus Fare

If you have booked a Saver, Smart or Plus Fare, these are non-refundable. The only exceptions being if your flight is to/from the United States and is...

a) cancelled within 24 hours of booking, as well as,

b) booked one week or more prior to the flight’s departure.
